1. Data controller
The controller of your personal data is Mateusz Janduła, ul. Rzeszowska 3B/1, 26-604 Radom, Poland, tax ID (NIP) 9482625280, REGON 387745303 (“MyIB”, “we”).
For any data protection matter, email kontakt@myib.pl.
2. Contact form
When you send the contact form we process the data you enter: name, email address, school name and message.
- Purpose: replying to your enquiry and – if you ask for it – presenting MyIB or an offer for your school.
- Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in answering messages sent to us) and, where the enquiry concerns a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract).
- How it is processed: the message is sent to the MyIB server (server.myib.pl), stored there and forwarded by email to the site owner.
- Retention: until the correspondence ends, then until any claims become time-barred or until you successfully object.
- Providing the data is voluntary, but without it we cannot reply.
- The form content is never sent to Google Analytics. With your consent we record only the fact that the form was sent (the “generate_lead” event).
4. Google Analytics 4
With your consent we use Google Analytics 4, a statistics tool provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”), acting as our processor.
- Purpose: aggregated statistics – which pages and articles are read, where visitors come from, how often the contact form is sent, the app login and demo buttons are clicked and the quorum demo is used. We use them to improve the site.
- Data: a pseudonymous identifier from cookies, the URL and title of the page, the referring page, approximate location (country, region, city), device, browser and OS type, and the events listed above. According to Google, GA4 does not store IP addresses. We never send names, email addresses, form content or user IDs to Google.
- Legal basis: your consent – Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with Art. 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law.
- Retention: event data is kept in Google Analytics for 14 months; the _ga and _ga_* cookies expire after 13 months, or earlier if you withdraw consent or delete them.
- Before you consent, the Google Analytics script is not loaded at all and nothing is sent to Google (Google Consent Mode v2, basic mode).
- Disabled features: Google Signals, ad personalisation and any advertising use of data. Advertising consent types (ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization) are always denied.
- Transfers outside the EEA: Google may also process data in the USA. Google LLC participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, covered by a European Commission adequacy decision; Google also uses standard contractual clauses.
5. How to change or withdraw consent
- Click “Cookie settings” in the footer of any page (or the button below) and switch off “Analytics” or choose “Reject”. From then on no data is sent to Google and the _ga cookies are removed from your browser.
- You can also delete cookies and site data in your browser settings – we will then ask for consent again.
- Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
6. Server logs
The servers of the site and of the MyIB backend may automatically record the IP address, date and time of a request and browser information in technical logs. We use them only for security and troubleshooting (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and keep them for a short time.
7. Recipients
Data may be received only by providers that help us run the site, under data processing agreements: the website host (Vercel Inc.), the server provider running the MyIB backend, the email provider and – for statistics and only with your consent – Google.
Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, this is based on Chapter V GDPR mechanisms (a Commission adequacy decision – the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework – or standard contractual clauses).
8. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access to your data and a copy of it (Art. 15 GDPR),
- rectification (Art. 16 GDPR),
- erasure (Art. 17 GDPR),
- restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
- data portability (Art. 20 GDPR),
- objection to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21 GDPR),
- withdrawal of consent at any time (Art. 7(3) GDPR),
- a complaint to the Polish supervisory authority, Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl).
To exercise your rights, email kontakt@myib.pl. We do not make automated decisions about you or profile you within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.
9. Changes
The current version is always published on this page. If the purposes of cookies change, we will ask for your consent again.
