Free pilot: one subject-choice cycle
The pilot covers one full subject-choice cycle at your school: from configuring subjects and rules, through opening the choice window for students, to closing it and producing the report for school leadership. It is free and carries no obligation to continue.
- All features of the application: validation of SL/HL choices and school rules, minimum group size counters, teacher comments, parent accounts, deadline and e-mail reminders, CSV and PDF reports, audit log, option block simulator.
- Import of student, teacher and parent accounts from a CSV file, with e-mail invitations.
- A data processing agreement – also for the pilot (security and data protection).
After the pilot: price based on the number of students
The price depends on the number of students using the application. We prepare an individual quote on request, after talking about your school’s needs. We do not publish a fixed price list.
How to start
- Book a 20-minute demo – we show the application and talk about your subject-choice calendar.
- We agree the pilot dates and sign the data processing agreement.
- The school administrator configures subjects, levels, minimum group sizes and rules, then imports accounts from a CSV file.
- Students choose their subjects. When the window closes, the school decides whether to continue with MyIB.
If your school does not continue
Before the pilot ends you can export the reports (CSV, PDF). The school’s data is deleted in line with the data processing agreement.
